Family House Predajná

The proposed object is located in the village Predajná in a housing development. The task of the architectural study is to adjust the layout and reconstruction of the family house and the land of the owner’s family so that it meets the family’s requirements for weekend stays.

Following the access road, a paved area for parking is proposed. A new fence with a gate is placed on the west side towards the road and partly on the sides of the plot. The new entrance to the house is moved to the south side, where the sidewalk is proposed to be widened. In the rear, there is a proposed outdoor covered terrace.

The facade of the house is designed as a combination of wooden cladding, gray and white exterior plaster.
