Vineyard Cottage

On the site in the recreational cottage location is an existing garden house.

The assignment was the reconstruction and extension of the existing building, with great emphasis on the openness of the facade to the south with a view of the city. The parameters of the building according to the zoning plan of the zone are: built-up area max 40m2, 1 underground floor, 1 ground floor, 1 stepped floor or attic.
